Nov 15- 160 lb.I REALLY fell off the wagon over the last couple of months due to stress and gained some weight back *like over 10lbs, major cringe *. I'm trying to get back on track. With the holidays coming up.... it's horrible timing.... BUT I have to at least try!! Even if I just maintain through the rest of the year. Wish me luck friends!

I feel good about my progress. Been keeping my eating window to 11am til 5:30 pm and eating two small meals with a snack of celery and carrots in between. Up to drinking 3/4 gallon of water every day. Had to give up yoga, kickboxing and my daily 3 mile walks as I have destroyed the meniscus in my right leg at both roots and will be having surgery to repair it January 11. In the meantime just dealing with the pain and wearing my brace as much as possible while trying to keep the meds to a minimum.3 -
