Several people have asked how to post pics to their private friends feeds. This is a tutorial for those of you using the iOS app.

Maybe someone will be kind enough to post an Android tutorial.

1.) go to your home page and click on the + sign

2.) choose status

3.) click add progress photos

4.) depending on what images you’ve posted in the past you may get a single or double image option. Click on the single image choice. That will eliminate the extra box.

5.) click the image box again

6.) choose and empty date below and choose your image from your photo album. Disregard the date unless you’ve been taking progress pics.

10.) choose whether you want it public versus friends only. ( I don’t do social media. Y’all are on your own with those choices!)

11.) click the check mark in the top right box to add to your feed.

12.) if you’re anal, like me, and want to see it in your feed, go to your feed and drag the screen down to refresh it. It should be right at the top.

Android isn't nearly as complicated fortunately 🙂

    1) start a new status update

    2) add a photo you took earlier

Use whatever app you have for navigating your pictures to choose the photo you want to post.

    3) Confirm and post the picture

Thank you for this! I almost had it figured out recently when I wanted to post a photo to my feed of a hot air balloon ride I was buzzing about! I got as far as thinking the Progress Photo was the way to go but then got intimidated because it’s clearly a work-around and I was worried I’d be doing something wrong! What can I say, I’m a rule follower! 🙄

But now I know it’s how others do it too, I’ll be less worried about trying in the future! 😂

Bumping for same reason. Easier for some folks to find if it’s at the top.

@springlering62 - is it possible to add photos via web based/desktop? I'm an iOS but the app keeps crashing on me every time I open it (can't even log my weight or anything using it, gotta log in via web)?
