I'm all in! Going for
100 min planks ✅
75 min legs ✅11/1: 5:00 planks during an EMOM workout11/29: a.m.: 3 x 1 min wall sits (2 of which with 27.5 lbs DB, straight after elevated squats with same weights) + 4:00 wall sits + an 8:00 plank workout (MadFit), that I had to split in 3 parts 🙈
11/2: 4:00 planks (H Robertson) + 5:00 wall sit
11/3: 3:00 planks, tabata style (HasFit)
11/4: 6:00 planks (renegate rows with 12,5kg DB, Caroline Girvan) + 1:00 squat holds + 5:00 wall sit (last 45s were haaard)
11/5: 4:00 wallsit, hard! + 10:00 planks workout with Heather Robertson
11/6: 5:00 plank variations during upper body workout
Have I really not posted that long?!
10/7: none, not sure; maybe wall sit?
10/8: 2:00 during workout
10/9: none, kind of rest day
11/10: 5:00 planks
11/11: 6:00 planks (2 sessions) + 10:00 legs isometrics with Girvan
11/12: 5:00 planks + 5:00 wall sit (from 3:30 on, really hard!)
11/13: rest day
11/14: 7:00 planks w Pamela Reif (she is tough on this one!) and 3:00 wall sit
11/15: 2 x 2:30 planks and 4:00 wall sit
11/16:
11/17: 4:00 planks, during Epic Heat
11/18: rest day
11/19: 5:00 planks, 5:00 wall sit
11/20: 4:00 legs, with weights! (wall sit or lunges holds, with 2 x 27.5lbs DBs!)
11/21: 1:00 planks during Epic Heat and nothing more 🙈
11/22: fun stuff, like renegate rows with 2 x 16.5lbs DBs, about 4:00 worth of planks
11/23: 3:00 plank variations during a morning
session of Tabata. Hope to get some more in today 🤞
11/24: 4:00 or more during Tabata
11/25: 2:00 thurst holds (with weights!) during workout + 5:00 planks
11/26: 6:00 of Beckstrand's 8:00 plank workout, but I modified the last 2. 4:00 wall sit + 1:00 sumo holds during a cardio
11/27: rest day, felt so tired 😐 (I sleep too little)
11/28: 3:00 plank variations during Epic 🔥, Upper body (I plank when pushups are impossible 😉)
11/30: 5:00 planks (2 during workout, 3 with Bowflex) + 10:00 Isometric Legs with Caroline G

80:00 legs ✔
