Look at how much I changed in such a short time!

And all of that by changing my posture and pose and sucking in my gut and not wearing pants that are too tight.

If you want to be able to see how much progress you've made, it's important to get consistent pictures. Lots of things can make a difference, so be sure you pay attention when setting up your pics, especially the before pics. :)

    I do about 5 minutes of the 30 day shred. Wonders. I got some muscles showing up in my back/shoulders already.

    It was a 5 minute juice fast.

    Fortunately I couldn't get a juicer bought and delivered within 5 minutes so it was a very effective fast.
