December goals: 120 minutes planks, 120 minutes of other isometrics and 1200 kettlebell squats

Dec 21: 5 (5) + 50 WS
Dec 22: 5 (5) + 80 WS
Dec 23: 5 (5) + 50 WS
Dec 24: 5 (5) + 60 WS
Dec 25: 5 (5) + 80 WS
Dec 26: 5 (5) + 60 WS
Dec 27: 5 (5) + 50 WS
Dec 28: 4 (4) + 40 WS
Dec 29-31: 4 (12) + 60 WS
Total: 148 (156) + 1380 WS, 3 strength workouts

12/08: 5:00 "Insane Plank workout" seemed humane to me. Also, 4:00 wall sit.
12/09: 6:00 planks during workout
12/10: 10:00 legs isometrics with Girvan and 3:00 planks with Bowflex
12/11: not 100% sure, but DuPree's workout must have had at least 5:00 planks and 3:00 leg holds.
12/12: hike, so rest day
12/13: 2:00 planks, 1:00+3:00 wall sits
12/14: -
12/15: 3:00 planks during upper body Epic III workout (renegate rows, planks for pushups...)
12/16: 6:00 plank workout + 4:00 wallsits
12/17: 6:00 planks with Heather Robertson and 3:00 wallsits
12/18 and 12/19: rest days
12/20: 1:30 renegate rows, during the Epic workout
12/21: 6:30 or more of 30s plank variations during an Epic HIIT workout
12/22: 4:00 wallsits (hard) + 9:00 plank variations (each 50s) during the Epic workout
12/23: 1:30 squat holds during Epic
12/24: once cooking and cleaning Was done, I did Girvan's 10:00 legs + 5:00 plank
12/25 - 12/27 Christmas break ;-)
12/28: planks - 3:00 during upper body (instead of some of the pushups and dips) + 3:00 own mix
Also, 4:30 (killed me) wall sits
12/29: 7:00 legs (4:00 wall sits, rest was lunges and squat holds) and 4:00 planks
12/30: 4:00 planks and 3:30 various leg holds
12/31: 4:00 planks, tabata style
Ready for 2022 🎉. I know, I know 😄
