Importing recipes

I love the feature of importing recipes but I find that when I import something from Pinterest it only imports part of the recipe. An example is a coffee cake I like. It has a crumb topping and the recipe builder only picks up the cake recipe, not the topping. Has anyone else found this? The only thing I can do is edit the recipe to include the missing ingredients. Any resolutions are welcome. Thanks

    As far as I can tell from my experience with importing recipes the success (or otherwise) is down to the blog/website author and not how MFP works.

    If the blogger hasn’t put the right mark-up in the right places then there’s nothing you can do to get MFP to rectify that. 🤷‍♀️
