Looking for some support

Hi everyone I am new here. I would really appreciate it if anyone can please give me some support and advice of how to stick to a low calorie diet and the best foods to eat that would fill me up. I've recently done slimming world which I've lost 8 pounds on it 2 weeks but I've stopped that and joined this site as it seems more achievable for me to do with being a single parent to 3 children and with the cost of Xmas etc. I'm feeling nervous about starting that as in lockdown I piled on 3 and a half stone and I've got used too big portions now and I'm nervous about cutting these portions down and eating alot less. I've done a similar diet to this in the past and lost a lot of weight but it was 5 years ago so just need a bit of support to getting their.
