My goals are to eventually compete in a bodybuilding show again. I did one show almost 5 years ago now and I’ve never lost the desire to get back on stage. I haven’t been as consistent the past 3 years due to a surgery and two pregnancies so I have a lot of work to do 😅
I’ve been considering getting a coach though but I’m rather particular because I’ve had some bad experiences with two previous coaches that I’ve had.
If there are any coaches on here who might be willing to talk though, I’d love to chat!
Workout routine:
Back and Bis-
Dumbbell Row
Rear Delt Row
Lower Trap Cable Raises
Cable Curls
Push Day-
Floor Press
Shoulder Press
Lateral Raises/Posterior Delt Row
Tricep Cable Pushdown
Back and Bis-
One Arm Pulldown
Rear Delt Row
Upper Trap Rows
Face Away Cable Curls
Glute/Quad Day-
Glute Bridge
Sumo Deadlift
Leg Extension
Calf Raises
Glute/Ham Day-
Constant Tension RDL
Glute Kickback
Stiff Legged Deadlift
