1 more weeks of maintaining and then back on loss phase.
Looks like we all had a good week I am using these diet breaks/maintainence phases during the overall loss to try and learn how to eat properly/sustainably. Had some good reflections over this week and have adjusted my thinking and approach. An interesting one for me was that taking out diet soda (20 or so calories) led to a highly likelihood I would overeat. So I popped it back in and the days were much more manageable. Not everyone's cup of tea, but fits into my lifestyle.0 -

Feb was interesting. First time I have tried a maintainence Month. Worked well as I am ready and keen to hit another loss period, but I also feel like I have learnt a lot during the month. Also, when I overate, this seemed to be lower with less impact, and my satiety signals seemed to be more in tune with reality. Hoping to progress this over stepwise maintainence phases over this year. Current Goal 94.9kg. Next maintainence month will be May.1 -

True weight this week likely lower (~98). Last 3 weighins have all been 97.9, but I had a big night last Sunday and had 3 daily reads at 100 offsetting it as the sodium flushed. I expect to see 97.7ish next week.0 -
