    Please head over to the Groups tab and search for the Total Lifestyle Challenge there. You should have received an invite for the group. I’ll be posting the Google sheet tonight.

    I like the challenge goals, I am in. This is my first time, so a bit nervous. Should be fun.

    That's great! I'll send you an invite to the private group. To find it, just click Groups above. Once I send an invite, it should be listed under "My Groups."

    So glad you want to join us! No reason to be nervous--perfection isn't what we're going for, but we are going to be supporting and keeping each other accountable to establish healthy habits! Look for my invite to the private group.
