Maintain weight and progress toning

Hi all,

I've been a member on MFP for a long time with my weight loss journey but now as I only have a few lbs to go, would really like to start my new chapter which is resistance training. I am individually motivated, can workout on my own but this next stage is new to me and I keep falling flat on my face. I don't like to give up and refuse to let this get the better of me. I have completed Insanity and P90X multiple times but need some fresh routines.

Due to work commitments, I don't have time to join the gym but I did make a compromise and built one at home so I could mix home life with gym all under one roof.

Any advice would be much appreciated. 😊
