Hello,

Hi, just joined today. I’m Becky and began exercising back in April 2021, strength training and loved it. In 2022 I’m committing to upping my exercise routine adding swimming and yoga but also realky focusing on my current sugary / carb heavy diet. I snack mindlessly and drink wine when really I don’t need to! So I’m committing to some healthier habits. I’m 47 and in the SW UK. I need to learn about macros, start meal prepping and quit sugar! I’m 12 stone, I was slightly lower than this when I started training so appreciate some of this will be muscle but I’d love to be closer to 11stone.

    HI Becky!!! Hey GREAT JOB!!! Love that you are active and needing support!! Come and check us out on the Winter 5% Challenge. Week by week we work on a healthy habit. Once we work on one, we are encouraged to keep on doing it through the 8 weeks. One of those weeks we usually zero in on no random eating, another one might be No eating after (Name a time) We do track our food (That's a GREAT TOOL) for at least 2 weeks (I do so daily and have for a long time). We do have some members who love macro's also. Many who are interested in not eating much sugar. Sounds like you'd be a GREAT FIT with us on the 2022 Winter 5% Challenge. Link below
