Last night was hard for me too, WE can do this! I’m finding what’s helping me is in the morning pre-log something like popcorn or protein drink for a night time snack? IF I decided not to eat something just take it off my diary, 👍🏻👍🏻1 -

@GrandmaJackie - I have been including a piece of fruit or a cup of bone broth in my diary as an after dinner snack. I include it in my overall calorie count and this strategy has really helped me with my no late night snacking goal this month. I will sometimes think of cheese and crackers or chips after I've headed to bed, but I'm finding it easier and easier to resist the temptation.3 -
