Not So New Newbie (Intro + My Journy)

Felt like making a little intro post so here goes! (Tw ED mention)
I'm actually not new to MFP at all but this is kinda the first time I'm using it properly I suppose.. I have problems with binging and restricting which makes things difficult and so I just made a new account to basically restart.
In mid 2020 (before MFP) I was not that far away from 300lbs and diabetic. So, I lost 50lbs thanks to eating better (and being on metformin at the time). In early 2021, gained 35lbs from going back to old eating habits. Mid 2021, my ED got way worse due to personal reasons, got on MFP and I (unhealthyly) lost 30lbs, ended up deleting MFP and trying out IE, gained it back, and now I'm back lol
So yeah, I'm trying again, hence the name. Now that the holidays are over I'm trying to get back on track lol. I'm 5'3 and currently 235lbs, hoping to loose 100-115lbs! I'm just using CICO along with riding my bike a couple miles/week + roller derby twice+/week. Rn I'm setting my calorie goal at 1500-1760. I'm also using this post for a little accountability lol
