Wanting to lose 30+ pounds

Hi everyone!

I'm 23, and have had quite a journey. Came from a food desert, having not eaten rice or spinach until I moved to a new state at 19. So weight has jumped around with this access to whole foods and not processed stuff.

Then I got into weightlifting and gained muscle and fat during the bulk. So while I could squat 275lbs, I weighed quite a lot.

Now, I'm trying to lose weight, and maintain some muscle mass.
