Hello Guys! I wish you all a super healthy year. Finally, I am trying to take my health seriously. I start using Myfitnesspal to help me to find what I am doing wrong. I am open to new friendships and helpful comments. Thanks

    Meh, not quite locking in an optimal plan yet is not "doing (something) wrong", it's just a reason to keep working on optimizing - tailoring strategies and habits to your individual preferences, needs, strengths, limitations. Stick with it, you'll get there.
