Hi, I am 30 in Feb and weighing over 450lbs. I dont know by how much. But i'm going to weigh on Friday. Done slimming world before and keep quitting after losing 2 and half stone and going it alone 'because i know what i'm doing now' then creeping back into bad habits and putting the weight back on.... plus more.
Jan 2021 i started SW at 35 stone 11lbs. I quit in August 2021 at 32st 10lbs. Last time I weighed I was floating around 33st 7lbs. But that was around October and havent weighed since.
Anyone else around this weight? Or started at this weight? I feel like i'm drowning thinking about the prospect of the amount of weight I actually need to lose. I feel like a giant ball of disappointment.

Been calorie counting for 2 weeks now, religiously logging everything (not always on the app) I have a diary i write everything it. I used a tdee calculator and for my height and weight i was shocked to admit that it came out as my cutting calories as 3010-3048 calories. I checked on 5 different websites for TDEE. I thought that was ridiculous so I have set it 1700-2000. I havent lost a single bean. Infact.... i've gained half a lb. back to the drawing board of lowering it till i start to lose.0
