I'm at my all time heaviest (281 lbs), and it's having an impact on my overall health. I'm 60 y/o (how did that happen!!), sedentary, and have been home-bound since the pandemic started (high risk underlying medical condition). I've been extremely sedentary, and am at the point where it's challenging to do much. I'm horrified by how lazy and complacent I've become in most areas of my life. I need help. My youngest is getting married next fall, and I'd like to be much smaller and able to be active without gasping for air by then.
