What’s changed for the better since starting?

Tonight when I did my Just Dance workout I noticed that at the end of it I wasn’t completely winded. Just a few weeks ago I was darn near falling over looking for some water by the end of it but tonight I finished up my dance session without feeling miserable at the end. I was also #5 in World Dance in the hardest room!! Yes, I’m 100% bragging because not too long ago that would have not been possible.

Please share and reflect on all the positive things you’ve noticed since you decided to make this change for better health. I think it’s really important to notice even the small wins. Sometimes it’s easy to miss because weight loss and health is a slow change but if you frequently remind yourself where you are now and where you came from, you will be able to see your body getting stronger and gain motivation from something you may have otherwise missed. Small changes, big changes, silly accomplishments (like mine), Id love to hear how great you’re doing! ❤️
