Hello Losers,
I am down Yippie!!! 128 even!!! I will take it!!!! I fell really good. I did day 60 of Power 90 Sculpt 5/6!!! My hubbie to be will take pictures tomorrow for the comparison to day 1 and day 30. My challenge today is we are going to the Zepher's game tonight, and we are going to eat before, so I have to make a really healthy but filling choice at dinner so that I am not tempted with all the stadium delights!!!! But, I am allowing for a beer at the game vs. wine at dinner. (I know that wine is better but ....)

Bummer stayed the same at 129. Was down a little earlier in the week but bounced back up.

Weighed in this week at 153.8 :bigsmile: Down from 156.4 last week... so, I'm down 2.6 pounds :bigsmile:

I am weighing in at 143.5 :sad: But I've been eating terrible and not getting my exercise in, so I have no one to blame but myself.

What are our goals for the week? I nee to keep motivated so please stay with me little losers....I need help. Three more pounds to go.....

I definately need the motivational boot up the bum not being able to track food via iPod means I've gained 2lbs so all that I'd lost I've got bCk grrrrrr next week I'm on holiday hoping to get loads walking in but I wanted to be alot lighter bynow0 -
Hope everyone had a good weekend. This is gonna be a hard week for me as my hubbie is out of town and the kids are still out of school so getting to run is going to be a challenge. Still have soccer yesterday and tomorrow and today went to the zoo and walked all around. So, my challenge this week is to try to creatively exercise with the kids around

I haven't seen a new link so i guess we are still using this one! I did fantastic yesterday, today I am not doing bad but I'm doing great for my water so far, but I am picking up the pace now and getting ready to take the kids for a walk down the waterfront before dinner!!
