Hi all!
Mike from Iowa here. 55 y.o. Dad prepping for my daughter's wedding in 90 days. I'm down 30 lbs so far, with 50 more to go eventually. For now, I just want to look good in a suit!
My plan to this point is healthy eating and lots of exercise, and it is working, slowly but surely.
I could use some friends and accountability partners to help me stay focused. Please message me if you want to help.
