Hi @TexasTallchick I am sorry for your loss! consider myself tall at 5'10", but you have me beat 😉 I used to be fairly fit, but have steadily put on weight for the last 15ish years. I have tracked every day since I found MFP in July last year, and have shed nearly 70 lbs since then. Still have another 50+ to go, but feel a thousand times better already. The nice thing about being tall is we have a much more generous calorie allowance to work with, lol. I will go ahead and send you a friend request.0
