    I try to remember and scan everything I eat. If I go past my goal I just get back on track the next day..

    Purchased:
    -8 pound weighted vest
    -1jump rope
    -2 ten pound dumbbells
    -A barbell (~11.5 pounds)
    —2 five pound plates
    —2 ten pound plates

    Routine:
    -100 sit-ups
    -5 sets of 20 (100 reps) of everything else.
    -Jump rope
    -I go for a walk or a run..

    Supplements:
    -Protein powder or protein shake
    -Pre workout
    -And creatine

    Plus:
    -I don’t use salt or added sugar
    -Sugar free drinks unless I factor it into my diet.
    -For the first 30 days I basically just ate salad (and thinly sliced steak).
