Where to start?

I am 57 yrs old and a Nurse. I lost 55 lbs in 2019? I think. I’ve Kept that off but never got back to the basics and lost any further.
Now hoping to get myself motivated to start somewhere…. anywhere! I’m going to try just keeping track of what I eat even if it isn’t at my goal of calories etc. I’m going to attempt to get in lots of protein before 1:00 PM each day. Anyone that fits that category let me know… I could use some feedback! Recipes and Support, I will also be supportive as well.
Mostly need someone who is trying and just starting maybe? No idea! Also I am only allowed to select tech support.?
