    I weigh everyday after using the bathroom but still in my pj's and try to wear the same pj's for a week. Weighing everyday has taken a lot of disappointment out of weekly checking for me

    I weigh in on Mondays before work. Sometimes I will weigh in Wednesday or Thursday to see how the progress is going. I always get up, go to the bathroom, and weigh myself naked or with my underwear on. I find that if I weigh myself everyday then I get obsessive. If I don’t weigh myself then I tend to binge. Twice a week works for me while I work on myself.
