Hey y’all! Restarting this app. Making it top priority to keep up. I’m currently looking to just be healthier. I want to be able to walk and go on more family outings. And yes, I want to lose weight. I will be having bariatric surgery later this year, pending I lose at least 10% of my weight. So here’s to logging daily and getting some steps in…
current goal = 30 lbs
overall goal = 150 lbs
I have been eating low sodium due to swelling and dizziness. Also cut added sugars. I battle hypothyroid. I’ve nixed red meats mostly to once or twice per month. Daily meals and snacks vary with eggs, chicken, tuna, veggies, fruit, nuts.
