Back to MFP and ready to crush it

I’m back to MFP. I tried Lose It for awhile and then manually tracked in a notebook. I think I just need accountability to keep me going. If anyone is looking for an accountability friend, feel free to add me.
I started doing Carnivore/Keto in October and have lost 30lbs. I haven’t been exercising other than yoga but started walking on my treadmill again.
I’m looking to stay Keto and lose another 30 lbs give or take. Seems that this way of eating has really worked for me.

Welcome back! Congratulations on your first 30 pounds of weight loss and I wish you the best of luck on your last 30 pounds.
Yoga is one of my faves. It puts me in a better place physically and mentally and I am almost always up for doing it. Plus, if I've been doing more strenuous activities, it's great for those in-between days.
