How many calories are in this much ranch and broccoli?

Hi. I have no way to weigh this broccoli or measure how much ranch I have. I was wondering if anyone could give me a rough estimate of how many calories they think is in my current meal?

This is standard ranch (not lite) but I don't know more than that as I got it from the cafeteria.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

    Broccoli: Trivial, maybe 20 calories?

    Ranch dressing, standard, not low cal: Those little cups can be around 2 tablespoons, though nothing in your photo really establishes scale - broccoli varieties vary in appearance. Next time, put in a standard fork or toothpick or something. It varies by brand, but if 2 tablespoons, could be 120-200 calories.
