I'm Tony and I downloaded this app almost a year ago after I started walking and I've logged all my food and exercise for the last 272 days and I lost 33.33 pounds so far. πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ₯ͺπŸ₯©

I went from the Obese category (188.5) on the BMI scale to overweight, and from overweight to normal (155.2) in these 272 days. I only have 1 more pound to go to achieve my goal, and then I just have to maintain it at 154.3 pounds for two months to achieve my overall fitness goal. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ’―

Thanks to MFP I've finally learned how nutrition works and I am now 100% in control, and it feels amazing. ✌🏼 😎
