MACRO coaching??

Has anyone ever hired a coach for macro meal planning? I feel like I've gone as far as I can on my own and need someone who is more knowledgable than I am and can help me set goals and stay on track. There are so many people who advertise online, many of whom have no nutrition experience, that I'd really like someone who's a pro and a personal recommendation would be amazing. Any thoughts advice or recommendations?

What I did was learn from my FOOD diary on this site.

Plug in the day's food, look at it, tweak portions, add or subtract stuff and learn.

I would not pay anyone - probably what you would need if you want to pay for this would be a licensed Dietician ( in the US.)

What is the stumbling point? What is missing? Are you losing weight? NOT losing weight? Maintaining? Gaining?

What will you get out of tweaking your macros? What does staying on track mean to you? Where did you stray off track? Is "macro coaching" really what you're needing? What is the problem being addressed?

What do you expect from a macro coach? Why are macros important for you?

I'm asking these questions to find out whether you're an aspiring elite athlete for whom this might be important. Other than that macros are totally individual, seriously. You might find a coach who thinks high fat is the way to go while you feel hungry the whole time or lack energy. You need to find out what works for you. I don't think anyone can tell you what works for you.
