I desire Motivation

Hey everyone!
No matter what I do now adays I have good gyming days but most feel bleh. Like I feel sluggish and even when I start lifting I still feel bleh.. Is this juts a phase??

    Sometimes you need to change things up. Find another activity to try and do that one day a week. Many people that are successful on here do multiple activities, otherwise boredom sets in and you risk quitting.
