I am a mum of two teenage boys who eat all the time... I am finding it difficult to keep focused when they are always eating or talking about it.. I am so disappointed i can't figure this out but wondering how to stay focused.

Keep low calorie snacks around for when you are hungry and drink water.0

I can’t eat like my 17-year-old football and lacrosse player. I understand his caloric needs are different than mine. I make minor changes to dinner for me, like zucchini instead of rice etc. He’s on his own for breakfast and lunch, so that doesn’t matter.4

You need to do you and not be concerned (unless they are developing a weight issue) about the quantity of food your sons are eating.
Best of luck.

I have teenagers too. What I’ve found works for me is to keep to baskets in my pantry labeled “Moms chips” and “Moms desserts” that I keep individually wrapped packages that meet my calorie goals for snacks. I also have one drawer in the fridge with my pre-portioned lower fat cheese and prepared fruit/veggies, boiled eggs etc. I will buy what they want to eat, but they are not allowed to take from my bins. I need the portion control. But when I need a snack, I already know where to go to get what I need.
I do meal prep on the weekends. I make a lot of “family sized meals” for the freezer of the things they like (meatloaf, taco meat, lasagna, meatballs, etc.). My 16 year old son enjoys looking through the freezer to pick which meal they want each day.
I make meal prep containers for myself for a couple recipes each week using lower fat turkey/chicken. I find some good ideas from YouTube channel “Planning Us Healthy”.5
