Hello MFP members

I’m new here but I began my lifestyle change just over a year ago. I’ve lost 110 pounds so far and have put on skeletal muscle mass. Recently I found out I have Rheumatoid Arthritis which is one of the reasons I joined.

Another is that it’s so helpful to use the app, in organizing my daily intake and exercise, with respect to goal setting.

I’m also looking forward to connecting with other people who are going through similar changes. I think we have a lot to learn from each other.

    Thank you. Just did my 1st outdoor run in 20 years yesterday and going for round 2 today.
