Well New to Premium

Although I had this app for many years, this is my first time I have gone premium and actually using it to my full advantage. After I stopped running since Covid and menopause came into play, I started packing the weight big time. So, now I am motivated to do something about it because I can feel a difference in my body not being as strong as it was and bones are creaking. I can feel that I get winded easily. I want to start running again but afraid to do it with all this weight. I am at least walking five miles a day. Need more motivational buddies on this journey to healing health.
