Hi All, I'm Noel from Zimbabwe and keen to loose 15kg. Could someone please advise if one can incorporate an Intermittent Fasting period, say 18/6, in our daily Food Diary? Good luck to all!

Hi. Noel, I'm Viva. I also have 15kgs to lose and am also on the 18/6 IF. I am not using premium but I think I will just track lunch dinner and snack and skip tracking breakfast. As long as I'm done tracking all my meals by 8pm (I start at 2pm), I think it should work just fine.0
