Hello there Accountability friends! I am going to eat healthy food with a total of 1200 calories per day as I want to reach my weight goal of 57 kilos. I am 68.6 kg at the moment. May 02 -171.0 - Stayed under calories and exercised
May 03 -170.0 - Stayed under calories and exercised. Need to decrease sugar
May 04 -169.8 - Stayed under calories and exercised. Still need to watch sugar and increase water.
May 05 -169.5 - Did not behave yesterday. No exercise and didn't eat well. Got lucky with weight.
May 06 -169.3 - Stayed under calories and walked 5 miles. Still need to watch sugar and increase water.
May 07 -169.8 - Stayed under calories but did not eat well. No exercise. Came down with covid and it
feels like I have a horrible cold. Just resting
May 08 -169.8 - Stayed under calories but did not exercise. I'm still just resting. Happy Mother's Day to all

May 10 - 169.4 - Was over calories but did walk 5 miles. The weather is finally nice.
May 11 - 169.5 - Stayed under calories and walked 5 miles. Sugar was under limit as well.
May 12 - 169.5 - Stayed under calories and walked 4.5 miles. Sugar was a little high. Feeling better from covid so hopefully I can move the numbers again.
May 13 - 169.4 - Stayed under calories and walked 5.5 miles. Water and sugar were good as well.
May 14 - 169.3 - Stayed under calories and walked 5.3 miles. Water and sugar were good.
May 15 - 168.9 - Over calories and no exercise. I had to pick up my daughter so 6 hrs in the car.
May 16 - 168.6 - Stayed under calories and walked 4.25 miles.
May 17 - 168.6 - Stayed under calories and walked 5.5 miles. Sugar was good as well.
May 18 - 168.9 - Over calories but walked 5 miles. Need to drink more water
May 19 - 168.9 - Stayed under calories and walked 4 miles. Had pizza which is too many carbs...
May 20 - 168.3 - Stayed under calories and walked 3.25 miles.

May 23 - 168.3 - Went to visit a friend and we ate healthy and only had one drink. Went walking both days.
May 24 - 168.1 - Stayed under calories and walked 5 miles.
May 25 - 167.8 - Stayed under calories and rode 15 miles on my bike. Moving in the right direction!
May 26 - 167.7 = Stayed under calories and walked 4 miles.
May 27 - DNW
May 28 - 168.0 - Over calories but walked 6 miles with a friend. Happy with the progress I've made.
May 29 - 169.0 - Ate ribs last night and I only ate 1/2 of them but I still gained weight. Hopefully it is temporary....
