Let's start by saying I've been overweight practically my whole life. I had weight loss surgery in 2017, and after stating I'd never gain the weight back a million times, I gained about 70 lbs out of the 100lbs that I had lost, back. I became a mom in October of 2021. I need motivation and support to keep me going and hold me accountable. Someone willing to check in on me and let me be honest with them. I need to get back to a healthier lifestyle, not only for me, but for my son! My goal is to lose the 70 lbs. I'd like to do this in a year. I'm trying the "tiered" calorie counting. It's worked for me in the past, I just need to stick with it and not let a holiday or event throw me off.
