My name is Lori and I have been stumbling around for quite a while. 4 years ago I got down to 153 doing Keto (total carbs not net). At the time I loved it and said I would never go back 🤦🏻‍♀️ Well. Here I am. Back. I know Keto worked but I can’t wrap my head around losing weight that way again. My wish is to just be NORMAL. To eat normal. Not have my obsession with sweets!! I feel horrible and don’t want to get out of bed or do anything anymore. Nothing fits in the closet and I certainly don’t want to go shopping for clothes! I need the support y’all are giving and the kick in the drawers to move it move it.

drink water (Any amount today)
Diet sun drop addiction here
Mindful eating and log it
I do not need dessert after every meal🙈

(I got a Fitbit in November I’ve been wearing everyday and so far I’m been keeping up with my sleep cycles only)🙄
