Hi, my name is Jessica (26, f) and I've been working on my fitness, weight and overall health over the last one and a half years. I thought it would be nice to meet more people with a similar mindset! My family and friends are supportive enough, but generally don't really understand why I am doing what I am doing.
My tool of choice to achieve my goals is calorie counting as this played well into my favourite hobby: cooking
I also began incorporating excercise into my daily routine. I started with yoga, and have since expanded to HIIT and now a gym membership!
I hope to shift about 4-5 pounds of weight, which I had lost previously but gained back in the last summer/fall since I was moving around a lot, which really threw me off my rhythm.
