This is a wonderful site filled with all kinds of opportunities to keep myself in good trim. There are so many things you can do to keep fit so for all who arrived new like myself,, don't get to unglued trying to figure out everything at once..I am sure it will come to you as you make a new trail for your new you.. baseline is always nutritional goodness from plant base foods with good rest and moderate exercise. Reverse the things you can with these 3 important steps and I am sure you will feel so much better... Good luck to all.
