Success of one day - What's yours?

Just a simple post: I tracked one full day yesterday, Day 1 of trying again. It's one step in what I hope is many.

    Today is day 3 of starting again. My goal today is to do well eating and refrain from overeating in the evening. That is most difficult part for me.

    I did a Strength Workout even though I thought about putting it off. Non-scale victories are a great way of celebrating the small gains, I had thought about restarting a thread in one of my groups to do exactly that!
