Cutting on 2000-2500 calories

I currently weigh 174.7lbs and aiming to be below 170lbs in about a month. I exercise daily doing 3 full-body workouts a week and train in Krav Maga, Kung Fu, and Jiu-Jutsu. According to my fitbit, I burn 3000+ calories daily.

My goal is to lose body fat while gaining muscle.

I follow a high-protein ketogenic diet and my macro goals are 42-48g of carbs, 140-170g of fat, and 200-230g of protein.

So far I've had good results but I'm open to opportunities to take things a step further.
