62lbs down!

Hey I'm not new, it's been years; i use this on and off but thought id come and say hello! I've been doing crossfit since 07/2020 and absolutely love it. This is really the only consistent thing i've kept up, the weight started falling off 1 year after i started. 15 lbs that first month then just static and one day i was 30lbs lighter (i only weighed myself every 3 months +/-) So i want to say.. DON'T STOP! Nutrition is important, but in my case having the consistent exercise is what worked for me, eating too little is not beneficial in the long run, you need to EAT, EXERCISE, and SLEEP.
