    Being over 50 might make it a little harder to lose weight, but it's completely possible. I started my serious weight loss right about the time I turned 50. Got to goal and then had some backsliding during COVID and am getting back to goal.

    You can do this. Stick with the program. Log your food. Weigh what you eat if you can. Be honest with yourself. If you can get activity, that doesn't hurt, and it gives other good benefits.
