Why, for the love of God, can you not name a quick add?! I use a lot of recipes and it is so time consuming (too much time to bother IMO) to add every ingredient to create a recipe when all I really want is the calories, proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. If I could name it, I could reuse it day after day instead of memorizing the calories so I knew which quick add to put in every day. PLEASE make this a feature!!

Sounds like you want to be using the "create a food" feature. It's already a thing, tap Add a Food and then My Foods, the rightmost tab at the top (on Android app, IDK about iOS), then tap Create a Food. On desktop, go to the Foods tab, then My Foods, Create a Food is the green button in the upper-right.1

I"m not sure the difference between create a food and the recipe builder - but recipe builder also does this and saves for next time - and each time you just tell it your serving size (which of course can vary on different occasions) and it works out the details for that amount1

You can do this. Name it as a Meal.
I don't even use the Recipe feature, but Meals are a great, easy way to reuse things I eat regularly.
I have a few that I just name, "Daily coffee and toast" or "Daily after dinner snack" etc. When you use it again it populates line by line as individual ingredients, so you can even edit it. Like if my "Favorite burger" meal has extra cheese or I want to leave off the BBQ sauce or the bun today, I can easily edit that one thing once it's added to the FOOD page.1 -
“Create a Food” only lets you add a name and servings. You can’t add calories or macros.0

Huh? Those are the only things on the first page, maybe . . . but when you click "next" after entering those, the calories, macros, and micros can be entered. Page 2 of Create Food in the phone/tablet app:
It works on the web version of MFP, too, but I'm not going to screen shot both.1 -

Thanks so much for help with this. It will work for my purposes.
