NO LATE NIGHT SNACKING - JUNE, 2022 CHALLENGE

If you haven't seen this challenge before, let me brief you about it:
What you have to do to change the way you feel about your eating at night:
- decide what late night snacking means to you (could be either bingeing, if you're inclined to it or simply eating anything at all after a certain time; some may find that having a healthy snack after dinner is perfectly alright and be upset only when they go overboard)
- report in the thread. We post by the formula:
Me: X vs. LNS: Y,
where X is "how many evenings you stuck to it" and Y "the times late night snacks won".
You may want to also add a * to the latest number. Feel free to also post streaks of how many days (in a row) you've managed to be free of late night snacking
It's as simple as that. Or as complicated , as you will discover. Nevertheless, the persistence and good results of some of our "old" members (and some people keep coming back) show that the battle is worthwhile!

Looks like I need to give this a go again, because not being disciplined about the sleep awakes my sweet tooth. The more tired, the less will I have. I believe that stopping the caloric intake at 6 p.m. would help me break a vicious cycle.
Will attempt to start on June 3rd.🤞3 -
TV, feeling tired = nighttime binge eating for me.
My goals are to get better quality sleep and no TV watching where there’s food around.
I’ll watch in my bedroom, away from refrigerator. I will also try not to bring tempting items in the house.
This is a good challenge.3 -
@ehloring1234 , when I'm a good girl, I make myself some tea and sip on it while watching smth. Some mild fruit, even bedtime tea (by no means green or black). Let's do this! 🙌 (I'm kinda nervous about embarassing myself, bc I have been going downhill for a while now, but I have to turn things around!!)0
