This time around, I stopped before 8. Not eating once the kids were in bed was hard!

So this leads me to a question. If after an extremely long day, but just normal meals no extra eating or snacking, you settled down to dinner at midnight - would you consider that late night snacking, or skip the meal in order to be considered no late night snacking? Asking for a friend 🤔

The purpose of this challenge is to prevent late night binging. If you didn't go overboard with calories, I wouldnt count it as a loss. Mindfull decisions are a win, listen to your body! Also, try to make this the exception, not the rule. That's my take, after years of experience. ⚘

As for a friend, I am happy to get invites from motivated and serious ppl 🌷

I caved in 😞: Me 5 - LNS 1 (9 p.m.) and the scale read this morning "Yes, you did (cave)". Tomorrow is a new day 🌞

I see it now, thank you!

These next few days I’ll be starting up early (at my desk at 530am) and likely won’t completely wind down until around 10pm. Sometimes that’s when dinner is. Participating in this challenge over the last few months, it does make me pause a bit when it’s like, hey, it’s 11PM and im having a pretty decent dinner here 😆 It ain’t a snack; it’s the whole dinner!

    Failed again:
    Me 5 - LNS 2

That's why I am doing this, right? Because it's not the default, not easy, but all worth it!

Getting up, dusting off, taking it 1 day at a time!
