The purpose of this challenge is to prevent late night binging. If you didn't go overboard with calories, I wouldnt count it as a loss. Mindfull decisions are a win, listen to your body! Also, try to make this the exception, not the rule. That's my take, after years of experience. ⚘

These next few days I’ll be starting up early (at my desk at 530am) and likely won’t completely wind down until around 10pm. Sometimes that’s when dinner is. Participating in this challenge over the last few months, it does make me pause a bit when it’s like, hey, it’s 11PM and im having a pretty decent dinner here 😆 It ain’t a snack; it’s the whole dinner!1 -
