The purpose of this challenge is to prevent late night binging. If you didn't go overboard with calories, I wouldnt count it as a loss. Mindfull decisions are a win, listen to your body! Also, try to make this the exception, not the rule. That's my take, after years of experience. ⚘
As for a friend, I am happy to get invites from motivated and serious ppl 🌷1
