Lovely Day!!! I’m Marie and this is probably my third time doing MFP. I’ve done several different things, several different times- but this has been the most effective for me.
I’m posting here for the purpose of self accountability. I’ve made a lot of personal commitments in the past, but didn’t think much of it when I didn’t fulfill them. Although I’ve accomplished a lot “externally”- my internal development was lacking.
HOWEVER- I am determined to meet my goal weight (range) and stick to it. I’ve been shown that is between 150-160 lbs (don’t know who advised me before). Please note I haven’t been that weight since the third grade (LOL).
BUT- I’m determined to get there and STAY there THIS TIME (mind, soul and body)- And look forward to keeping this commitment to myself, for myself and the glory of God!
And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run who reads it. Habakkuk 2:2
