YOU choose your mode of exercise steps and or miles. Come as often as you can too log progress so that we may all rejoice in your progress.

So I'm not fit but I'm going to slowly increase my running distance, starting off at about 150 metres on the 1st June and increasing that every day by the same amount. 1st: 150m 2nd: 300m4
