Ok regular gals/guys we're doing this again!!!!!

YOU choose your mode of exercise steps and or miles. Come as often as you can too log progress so that we may all rejoice in your progress.

MY PERSONAL GOAL WILL BE 100 WALKING MILES!

    So I'm not fit but I'm going to slowly increase my running distance, starting off at about 150 metres on the 1st June and increasing that every day by the same amount. 1st: 150m 2nd: 300m

    MUCH IMPROVED! PRAISE GOD! Still slower pace but go more steps in!

    It’s been a long time since I’ve done a MFP challenge, and I’m ready to get back to it! My goal is 80 miles for the month of June.
